Consign-It Home Interiors is an upscale resale shop in Toledo, Ohio that sells a wide variety of pre-owned furniture and home accessories. All kinds of styles from antique and modern, to shabby chic, retro and traditional. Brand new items are integrated in the store as well.
Items arrive daily so our inventory is constantly changing. We try to be selective in acquiring our eclectic mix of styles. We mainly take items on consignment, where you are paid after the items sell. On some occasions, we may outright purchase the items, depending on the sale-ability and what we need at that time.
Our "Mall for the Home" is an extension of Consign-It Home Interiors. In this adjoining space of our main store, we rent out booth space, mainly 10 x 10 ft. spaces. Each booth is an opportunity to sell furniture and accessories. You decide the prices and merchandise your own booth; your own "store within a store". Cost is $2.75/sq. ft. (or $275/month) plus 10% of sales. The contract is for 90 days; after 90 days, the contract is month to month.
